We do our best to deliver a 110% awesome experience for each and every order, but if you are not satisfied with our products for any reason or simply no longer need what you ordered, we offer free returns for 30 days. In order to keep prices low for all of our clients, we cannot accept drives which have been opened, had their firmware modified, or have had soldering done to them. Return shipping is on us for domestic orders, for international orders you must pay the return postage.
PCB Boards: Note that we do not accept returns for PCB boards unless you are a bona fide data recovery company. This is because many people order them thinking it will fix their broken hard drive (despite the bold warning on our site that this is not the case) and want a free return when they’re done with it. Just know if you are a data recovery company that isn’t happy with one of our boards, we will gladly stand behind our product and issue a return.
