How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is FREE for all orders via First Class Mail with faster speeds available at additional cost. International shipping is $20-$40 depending on your order and location. We ship to all international destinations except Iraq, Iran, Syria, Israel, India, North Korea, and any destination prohibited by trade embargo or other US law.
How quickly are items shipped?
All orders are shipped the same day or next day depending on order time. For example, if you place an order at 11PM on a Monday, it will ship out the following morning as we are not open at 11PM. We generally process orders M-F 9-5.
How quickly will my items arrive?
Domestic: For single 2.5″ drive orders, we ship via First Class Mail. Multiple-drive orders or orders with 3.5″ drives are automatically upgraded to priority mail. First Class mail typically takes 2-5 days to arrive, priority mail is 2-4. For most of the country, the shipping times often end up being identical. Priority mail express is the next day.
International: Priority Mail international takes 6-10 business days for most destinations. First Class international takes longer (7-21 days) but is much cheaper. You are responsible for all customs & import fees. We are grateful to have the business of our international clients and do all we can to get items to you quickly.
